The Problem

Most men spend their whole life fighting two seconds.

Most men are trying to be liked. They assume that once she gets to know him properly, attraction follows.

It does not work that way. She decides in about two seconds, before she knows any of that. Everything after is either confirming her decision or fighting it.

So you can spend your life fighting those two seconds. Or win them. They are made of a small number of things, and every one can be changed.

Zaki out in London

1) Where you are right now

An honest read on your physique, your presentation and your dating life. No judgement, and no pretending things are fine.

2) What's costing you the most

Of the five things that decide it, we find the one actually holding you back. For most men it is not the one they came in thinking it was.

3) The fastest route for you

Where you start, what order the rest come in, and what that looks like for you rather than for men in general.

Who This Is For

I would rather turn you away than waste your time.

The call is free, so the only thing either of us can lose on it is an hour.

Who I work with
  • Men who are doing well in the rest of their life and are done with this one part being broken
  • Men who are ready to start, not ready to be convinced
  • Men who can take an honest read on their physique and presentation without getting defensive
  • Men who want a woman they actually chose, not just attention from anyone who will give it
  • Men who can hold a standard for twelve weeks rather than twelve days
Who I don't
  • Men who need to be talked into it
  • Men who want a woman to fix how they feel about themselves
  • Men looking for lines and scripts instead of changing anything real
  • Men who want the result without touching how they eat or how they train
  • Men who have already decided their height or their face settled it

About The Coach

I coach the man, not the tactics.

Ten years of getting this wrong, compressed into something you can copy.

  1. Age 15

    A house party in Kent

I grew up on a council estate in Hackney, then a village in Kent, the middle of three brothers. Danish mum, Nigerian dad, and a standard at home that average was not it. At school I was the naughty kid, because if I could not be the coolest one in the room I could at least be seen.

Then I got invited to a party full of older kids. One guy there was jacked, and the girls were around him all night. I was skinny-fat and I was not. It was the first thing about my life that had ever felt like a solvable problem.

  2. Age 16

The gym, and the first time it worked

I trained every day for three months. My nutrition was McDonald's, because I worked there and thought burgers counted as protein. It worked anyway. Four months in I turned up to basketball in a vest and the whole team reacted.

That was the first time I got attention for something I had actually built, rather than for disrupting a classroom.

  3. Age 20

Bella, and finding out I knew nothing

I had a physique and some confidence, and I assumed that meant I understood women. Then a girl I had been talking to for months flaked on me days before I left the country, and I had no idea why.

My brother came out to Denmark, went through everything I had done wrong, and told me to never speak to her again. I thought he was mad. I posted one good photo from Milan and she messaged me the same day. That month I watched roughly four hundred episodes of a dating channel and finally had a framework for something I had been guessing at for years.

  4. Age 21

    Getting her, then losing her

It worked. I had a roster, I felt composed, dating got easy. Then I walked into a seminar, saw a girl with red hair and green eyes, and fell for her on the spot. We were together about a year.

And I pedestalised her. I slowly made her the centre of my whole life and lost the independence that made her want me in the first place. When she left I begged, chased, and got jealous. My brother told me to stop. I did not listen. I learned it the hard way, which is the version you never forget.

  5. Age 22 to 24

Trying to win it back with money

Copywriting, trading, a few businesses. Most of it failed. I was smoking weed daily, about eight thousand pounds in debt, muscular but carrying more fat than I wanted. I took a recruitment job, hated every day of it, and got fired.

The gym was the one thing that never stopped. Everything else was me proving that knowing who you want to be counts for nothing if your daily behaviour argues with him.

  6. Age 25

Lean, and the thing I had missed

I cleared the debt, quit weed, and for the first time went all in on getting properly lean rather than just muscular. Same face. Same jokes. Same personality that had been failing me for years.

Women started coming to me. I was not chasing it and I was already in a healthy relationship by then, so it was not something I needed. It was just evidence, for the thing that started at that party when I was fifteen.

It took me obsession, rejection, heartbreak, debt and about ten years to put together. There is no reason it should take you that long. That is the whole job now: help you speed-run it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to our most asked questions

Your personality is what keeps her. Your appearance is what gets you in the room. This fixes the part already doing the work before you open your mouth.

We go through where you're at with physique, presentation and dating life, then find the actual bottleneck. If we can help, we'll show you how. If we can't, we'll tell you that instead.

No. Getting lean is one lever. Grooming, style, your photos and how you hold a relationship together are the rest. Getting jacked and changing nothing else is why most men stay stuck.

No. Height and bone structure are not the levers. Body fat, grooming, style and presentation are, and all of them are under your control. Most men have never seriously pulled one.

That is the part most men never get taught, and it is the part that cost me the most. Getting a woman and keeping one are different skills. We cover how men quietly kill attraction from inside a relationship, and how to keep your own life and standards so she still wants you in year three.

This is not about finding more hours. It is about spending the ones you already have on the things that actually move it. Most men are pouring effort into the half that does not decide anything. We take that same effort and point it at the part that does.

It depends on the level of support you need, which is exactly what the call is for. Nothing is charged before you've spoken to us.
