What is on offer

The training on this site is free. The call you can book from it is free, and nothing is charged before you have spoken to us. If coaching is a fit, the price and the terms of that coaching are discussed on the call and agreed separately. Nothing on this site is an offer of a contract on its own.

No guarantee of results

Everything here describes what the process is designed to do, not what it will do for you. Results depend on your starting point, your effort and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or warranty of any particular outcome, and no result described should be taken as typical.

Not medical, dietary or psychological advice

The coaching covers training, nutrition, appearance and habits. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or mental health professional. Speak to a qualified professional before changing how you eat or train, particularly if you have an existing condition or take medication. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Booking a call

Call slots are limited and offered in good faith. We may cancel or reschedule a booking, and we may decline to work with anyone. You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Repeatedly booking and not attending may mean we stop offering you slots.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not copy the material on it for your own commercial use. The text, video and design here belong to us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from acting on the information in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Third-party services

Booking, video and automation run on third-party platforms with their own terms. Your use of those platforms is between you and them. See the privacy policy for who they are and what they receive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
