This page explains what this site collects, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. It covers this funnel only, meaning this page, the training page and the pre-call page.

Who is responsible

Zaki Coaching LTD is the data controller for information collected here. For any privacy question, or to ask for your data to be deleted, contact Zaki@zakicoaching.com.

What is collected

Your quiz answers. When you work through the questions before booking, your answers are sent to our automation provider so we know your situation before the call. The answers are the only thing the quiz itself submits.

Your booking details. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and phone number directly. We receive those details from Calendly so we can hold the call and send reminders.

Video engagement. Our video host records how much of each video is watched, so we know which parts of the training land and which do not.

Local storage on your device. If your details are already known, the site keeps them in your browser's local storage so forms can be pre-filled and the pre-call page can greet you by name. This stays on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Who it is shared with

We use a small number of third parties to run the funnel. Each one receives only what it needs:

• Calendly — booking. Receives your name, email and phone.
• Zapier — automation. Receives your quiz answers and routes them to us.
• Vidalytics — video hosting. Receives viewing data and your IP address.
• YouTube — the videos on the pre-call page. Nothing is sent to YouTube until you press play on one: the thumbnails are served from this site, and the player is only loaded on your click. Once you do play one, YouTube receives your IP address and viewing data.
• Google Fonts — typefaces. Receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.

How long it is kept

Booking and quiz records are kept for as long as needed to run the coaching relationship and to meet our accounting obligations, then deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it is used. To use any of those rights, email Zaki@zakicoaching.com. We will respond within one month.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
